Sometimes I am asked to donate a session to a worthy cause. I am happy to do so. It helps out a great cause and I get to make new friends and clients! This session was the winner of The Pink Purse auction. The Pink Purse was born in 2005 when 8 women came together with the purpose of making a difference in and outside of their community, and has now grown to over 150 members. They challenge themselves and others in their journey and have provided support to cancer patients, helped the women and children in Iraq, and implemented youth education just to name a few. A friend and client, Cathy, came to me with the request to provide a session for the cause and that is how I came to know the Uhrig family. Sara emailed me that she had won my session in the auction and was ready to schedule. I asked her to tell me about her family and what I got back was the cutest, most loving description. They’re a Florida family with a love of the ocean, the sun and the Gators…what more could I ask for?!?! They were looking for something casual (like them) and wanted to showcase the quintessential Florida look. Easy. We headed to DuBois Park and the Jupiter Lighthouse. Check out this gorgeous family.
